Trevor holds an M.A. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria and a B.A. (Hons.) in criminology with a concentration in law from Carleton University. He has continued to invest in his education, earning a certificate from the Advanced Masters of Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School.

His experience has covered a breadth of mediation and negotiation contexts involving almost every major industry in both the private and public sector.
