Labour Relations · Mediation · Conflict Resolution

For more than 15 years Trevor has worked as a mediator, specializing in labour relations and addressing conflicts at various levels within organizations—both interpersonal and inter-organizational.

By unlocking and resolving the core issues that drive group tension, Trevor empowers individuals and organizations to work through conflicts and move forward.

Prior to becoming a mediator, Trevor’s career experiences allowed him to witness firsthand the negative impact of unresolved conflicts on companies' growth and success.

Determined to find solutions that help organizations grow through conflict, Trevor became an expert in dispute resolution and effective communication.

“Conflict can be detrimental and there's a cost associated with that, not to mention the resentment. If you can unlock the key to the problem, the relief it creates is huge. When I can provide people with a new tool or approach that addresses their challenges, it's incredibly rewarding. I love the opportunity to help people overcome hurdles and create positive change."
