Trevor Sones is a Vancouver-based mediator with over 17 years of experience and more than 10,000 hours of mediation practice. He has worked across nearly every industry sector in both public and private contexts, guiding organizations through complex disputes with fairness, respect, and a trusted track record of success.

In addition to his private practice, Trevor serves as an Adjunct Professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, teaching conflict resolution, negotiation, and advanced communication skills to the next generation of leaders.
